A private membership association for franchise brands
One Symbol. A World of Franchise Opportunities.
People recognize brands that offer franchise ownership — without the word "Franchise" ever appearing in their logos. The licensed Ⓕ mark tells the world your brand offers franchise opportunities and participates in the Federal Franchise Association.

The licensed Ⓕ badge appears beside a member's logo on their website and marketing — a quiet signal that franchise ownership is on the table.
How the Ⓕ works
From application to display in four steps. Your right to display the mark stays active only while your membership is paid and in good standing.

Every member is verifiable

Frequently asked questions
What does the Ⓕ symbol mean?
It means the brand displaying it offers franchise ownership opportunities and is an active, verified member of the Federal Franchise Association. It is a private licensed membership mark — not a government seal or certification.
Is the FFA a government agency?
No. The Federal Franchise Association is an independent, private membership association. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of any government body.
How much does membership cost?
$99 per year, per approved franchise brand. That single fee covers your license to display the Ⓕ mark and access to member benefits. Optional premium add-ons are priced separately and clearly labeled.
Who can display the Ⓕ?
Only approved members with an active, paid membership. If a membership lapses, the brand must stop displaying the mark.
Does membership guarantee leads or sales?
No. Membership provides identification, verification, and access to benefits as they roll out. We never guarantee leads, financing, or business results.
